Default Pharmacy renovation

I don't know if this is a bit off topic...
There is a pharmacy nearby my house which is being run by one of my friends. He inherited it from his parents. So, the pharmacy is really old. He wishes to renovate the pharmaceutical. Till the renovation is over he needs a place to temporarily store the medicines. Is it safe to store the medicines in laboratory storage units? What would be the expense of it? Any idea?
Also, he is thinking of starting a new one soon after the renovation of the current one. So, he has started looking for laboratory relocation services. Someone has suggested him a company called Armstrong- https://www.armstrongscientifictransport.com. Has anyone heard of it?
