Default Please help!!

Hi, I am surviving from an accident. Nine months ago, my car rammed into a building. Nobody was there during the accident. So, I was delayed to take to the hospital. The condition was critical but the almighty saved my life. But now, I am unable to move my left hand. I am undergoing physiotherapy treatments for the last three months. But, I can't see any improvements in my condition. I don't like the approach of that therapist. He is not giving any assurance to the treatment. I shared this with one of my friends. She suggested me another clinic in Mississauga. Her uncle had undergone physiotherapy treatments from there. I am planning to take consultation with one of the physiotherapists there. But before undergoing the treatment, I would like to know the experience of others on this. Actually, how long it will take to get the desired results with physiotherapy treatments? I heard about the good and bad pains during this physiotherapy treatments. What are these pains? If anybody knows about this, please help me with your replies. Also, share your experiences with physiotherapy treatments. It will be a great help for me.
