Default High hs-CRP not lowered by Crestor

Hello, this is my first post. Hope someone can answer my question. I have been tested for hs-crp and it came out high risk (.38). Was put on Crestor which is supposed to lower the inflammation level. Went up to .41 on 20 mg Crestor. My cholesterol is very good, even without statins.

Is it possible that statins do not lower hs-CRP on some people?
