My mother took the drug thalidamide while she was pregnant with me.
I had severe birth defects as a result. She told me there was a thalidamide settlement but she didn't get in on it.
Is it to late for me to do anything about it and How do I find information about this settlement?
At the time I was born there were several babies born with similar or same birth defects come to find out according to my mother that those mothers had all taken the drug thalidamide.
Specialists came in at childrens hospital in cincinnati viewed me and these other babies. Also I had unusual skin discolorations.
I'm just trying to figure out what went wrong and why?
How do I find out about this settlement and is there any way I could pursue it now. I was born in 1956 at Middletown Hospital in Middletown, Ohio.
